Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for five energetic and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to contribute to our continued success. This is a full-time, field-based role offering a competitive salary and excellent growth opportunities within a thriving real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, nurturing them throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
- Regularly report on performance metrics and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain and expand our client database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in field sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant sales technologies.
- Thorough knowledge of the local area.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
Working days: 6 days a week
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
