Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
- Accurately track and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Maintain and expand the client database.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the telecommunications or broadband industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and sales-related technology.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (two-wheeler preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
