Real Estate Sales Executive
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate? Bliss Red Private Limited is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Pune. This is a full-time, field-based position offering competitive earnings and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct property showings and presentations.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records and track sales progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6-12 months of experience in field sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Baner Pashan Link Road area in Pune.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of success.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn ₹22,000 – ₹50,000 per month + attractive incentives! Additional benefits include PF.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
