About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, focusing on selling our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. This is a field-based role requiring regular client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online channels, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings to assess their IT security needs and present tailored solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week (alternate Saturdays).
