Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Provide timely and relevant information to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (12th Pass).
• 0.5 – 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field (Telecaller experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to work a 6-day work week during the day shift.
