Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Provide timely and relevant information to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (12th Pass).
- 0.5 – 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field (Telecaller experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work a 6-day work week during the day shift.
