About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls (both domestic and international), providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer queries efficiently. You will be the voice of our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls (international/domestic)
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries
- Build strong customer relationships
- Meet customer satisfaction and service level targets
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or higher
- 1-6 years of experience in Customer Support/Telecalling
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset
