Responsibilities
- Develop and build a Credit Life business portfolio to achieve targeted attachment rates.
- Drive and motivate loan officers to meet sales targets.
- Monitor sales processes and provide sales coaching and support.
- Engage with branch and regional teams to expand business opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including attachment rates.
- Identify training needs and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or higher
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field (Accountant experience preferred)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
