Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support to international customers via email, chat, phone, and social media.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Understand and communicate product knowledge, company policies, and service updates effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM and support systems.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries during assigned shifts, including nights/weekends or rotating schedules as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to resolve customer concerns.
• Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and help maintain our knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in Customer Support or Telecalling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
