Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support to international customers via email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Understand and communicate product knowledge, company policies, and service updates effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM and support systems.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries during assigned shifts, including nights/weekends or rotating schedules as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to resolve customer concerns.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and help maintain our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Customer Support or Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
