About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Baner office.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-12 months of experience in customer support or telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
