Apollo FMS Private Limited, a leading facility management company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Koregaon Park, Pune. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Key responsibilities include executing wiring plans, installing fixtures and equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining our electrical systems. You will also play a crucial role in identifying and resolving any maintenance issues, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute wiring plans and install electrical fixtures and equipment.
- Install safety and distribution components (switches, resistors, circuit breakers, etc.).
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring component compatibility.
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
- Perform daily inspections to prevent system breakdowns and replace old wiring/cables.
- Identify and repair damaged units and system malfunctions.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a back-office/data entry or facilities management role.
- Proven experience in electrical installation and repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits and wiring systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
