HR Executive – Full-Time Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Create and update compelling job descriptions.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various online platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
- Promote job openings effectively on job portals and social media.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks on selected candidates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Proficiency in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing techniques and sound judgment.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month. Growth opportunities are available for highly performing individuals.

- Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No work-from-home option
