Propnivesh Private Limited, a dynamic company located in Wakad, Pune, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
About the Role
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, screening, and onboarding top talent. Your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to managing the onboarding process and supporting employee performance.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offer process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Conduct performance appraisals and goal-setting sessions.
- Monitor and support employee performance improvement.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans.
- Conduct succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 6-24 months of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cold calling.
Additional Information
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Location: Wakad, Pune
- Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
