Responsibilities
- Engage potential buyers via phone and email, providing detailed property information.
- Schedule and conduct property tours and site visits.
- Understand client needs to recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and documentation.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or higher.
- 0-5 years of experience in customer support or telecalling (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong convincing and cold-calling skills.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- 6-day work week, day shift.
- On-site position in Dhanori, Pune.
