Customer Sales Executive – Insurance Sales
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? Transcom India is seeking enthusiastic Customer Sales Executives to join our growing team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable products through a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers via phone to assess their insurance needs.
- Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products.
- Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (Versant Level 5 or above required).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales.
- Prior experience in customer service or insurance sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹31,000 CTC per month (based on experience and qualifications)
