Job Description

As our Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including:

  • Creating and maintaining accurate balance sheets
  • Managing account statements and reconciling accounts
  • Recording daily revenue and other financial data
  • Handling taxation (VAT, Sales Tax, GST, TDS)
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Managing cash flow
  • Performing bookkeeping and audit functions
  • Proficiently utilizing Tally and MS Excel

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
  • Excellent understanding of Indian taxation laws (VAT, Sales Tax, GST, TDS)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, PF, and medical benefits.

  • Full-time position
  • 6-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Located in Kothrud, Pune (on-site position)
