HR/Admin Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR/Admin professional to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and performing background checks. This role will also involve creating and updating job descriptions, advertising openings on various platforms, and collaborating with hiring managers. This is a full-time, on-site position offering excellent growth opportunities and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update compelling job descriptions.
- Source and engage candidates through online platforms and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
- Advertise job openings effectively on job portals and social media.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
- Proficiency in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing techniques and sound judgment.
