Responsibilities
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Source and engage candidates through online platforms and cold calling.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate assessments.
- Advertise job openings on various job portals and social media channels.
- Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to determine future staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Conduct background checks on candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-6+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
- Proficiency in using resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing techniques and sound judgment.
- Proficient computer skills.

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
- Location: Shaniwar Peth, Pune
