About the Role

As a Field Recruiter, you will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews. You will also assist with general office and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to a positive employee experience. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate office activities and maintain organized records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (12th Pass and above).
• 0-6 months of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration (preferred, but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
