Logistics Supervisor – Quick Digital Technologies
Quick Digital Technologies Private Limited, a dynamic company based in Moshi, Pune, is seeking two highly motivated and experienced Logistics Supervisors to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the Role
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular interaction with shippers and truckers to secure business.
- Identifying current logistical requirements and achieving weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Resolving trip-related issues.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Visiting loading/unloading locations in new cities.
- Generating leads and making cold calls to customers and suppliers.
- Regular customer visits to build and maintain brand relationships.
- Resolving collection and Proof of Delivery (POD) related issues.
- Stock Taking
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or higher
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in problem-solving and issue resolution
