Job Description
As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, accurately picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Ensuring proper labeling and storage of goods, including hazardous materials.
- Performing quality checks to guarantee the highest standards.
- Processing all receipts and inventory updates promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting in training new team members on proper material handling procedures.
Qualifications
While prior experience is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds. Ideal candidates will possess:
- 1-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory tracking systems (a plus).
- Excellent time management and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, along with comprehensive benefits including PF and medical coverage.
