About the Role
As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, informing customers about our products and services, understanding their needs, and resolving their queries effectively. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Inform customers about products and services
- Understand customer needs and solve queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications
- 12th Pass or higher
- 1-6 years of experience in Customer Support or Telecalling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software
