Semi Non-Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or other non-voice channels.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing questions and resolving issues related to travel bookings, itineraries, and other travel-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12th Pass).
- 0-1 years of experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
- Ability to work a 6-day work week during the day shift.
