About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service through non-voice/chat processes and domestic calls. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience within the motor insurance industry. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications

  • 12th Pass or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 6 years of experience in customer support or telecalling.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
  • 6-day work week, day shift.
