M D Properties, a dynamic real estate firm in Akurdi, Pune, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time, field-based position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales. You’ll play a key role in expanding our market reach and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication and convincing skills, along with a proven track record in field sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct compelling product demos.
- Close sales and manage client relationships.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience in field sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and closing abilities.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Compensation and Benefits
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month. This is a full-time position with six working days per week (10:30 AM – 8:00 PM).
