Tropicaal Waters India Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Industrial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ramtekadi, Pune. About the Role
As an Industrial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing deals on STP, ETP, Grey Water Treatment Plants, and RO Plants. You will identify prospects, develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to payment follow-up. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6+ months to 6+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial sector (water treatment preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation and relationship building.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
