Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert prospective leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, managers, and PG operators.
- Conduct property visits and deliver engaging product demos and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals using a solution-selling approach.
- Maintain accurate sales funnel and daily updates via CRM.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Represent RentOk at local markets, events, and partnership activations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (field sales preferred).
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, English, or Hindi (at least 2 languages preferred); Marathi is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Proptech/Real Estate/SMB SaaS sales is a plus.
- Must possess a laptop and personal two-wheeler.
- Ability to handle extensive on-field sales and travel within city limits.
Compensation and Benefits
₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Incentives. Full-time position with 6 working days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
