Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads and nurturing relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting properties, and generating qualified leads.
• Responding to inbound calls, answering queries about our real estate projects, and providing accurate information.
• Scheduling and coordinating site visits with potential buyers.
• Maintaining and updating customer records within our CRM system.
• Following up with clients, providing additional information, and gathering valuable feedback.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Staying updated on current real estate market trends and project details.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• 12th Pass or higher education.
• 0-2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing (preferred, but not required).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and Marathi.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer software.
• Strong outbound/cold-calling skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹10,000 – ₹65,000 per month, plus attractive incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week (day shift).
