About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales success. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating and maintaining contact with potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Conducting site visits and closing sales within the defined sales cycle.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average revenue generated, and average revenue per sale.
- Contributing to a positive and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and closing ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (training provided).
