Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close sales through various methods (cold calling, presentations, door-to-door visits).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately track and report performance metrics to management.
- Manage and grow the client database.
Qualifications
- 10th Pass or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in field sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant sales technologies
- Strong area knowledge (Pune)
- Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler preferred
