Business Development Executive – Drive Our Growth
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our reach and sales within the Pune market. This is a field-based role, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach to business development.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Present and sell Corazon Homes properties effectively.
- Conduct site visits and property demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong area knowledge of Pune.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation (bike or two-wheeler).
- Must possess a smartphone, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Account.
