Key Responsibilities

• Close sales through various methods, including cold calling and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to boost results.
• Regularly report performance metrics and feedback to management.
• Effectively manage and grow the client database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5-6 years of proven experience in field sales (B2C).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (two-wheeler preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include insurance and PF.

• 6 days a week.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Location: Kondhapuri, Pune.
