About the Role

Zomato, a leading food delivery platform, is seeking highly motivated Delivery Associates to join our growing team in Nigdi, Pune. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants to customers within designated areas.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle (bicycle, motorcycle, etc.).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (bicycle or motorcycle preferred).
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• 0-6 months of delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and bank account required.
