About the Role
As a Food Delivery Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food orders to our customers. This involves picking up orders from restaurants, navigating to delivery locations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants to customers.
- Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to traffic laws.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
- Accurately record delivery information.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable two-wheeler (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Hinjewadi area is a plus.
