Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick up and deliver grocery orders to customers within designated timeframes.
- Handle and transport goods with care, ensuring their safe arrival.
- Accurately manage delivery documentation, including receipts and tracking information.
- Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety guidelines.
- Utilize navigation tools effectively to optimize delivery routes.
- Collect payments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (all educational levels are welcome to apply).
- 0-6 months of delivery experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using navigation apps (GPS).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable two-wheeler is preferred.
