About the Role
As a Delivery Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food and grocery orders to our customers. You will be responsible for navigating routes effectively, maintaining excellent customer service, and accurately managing delivery records.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders within specified timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and related paperwork.
- Handle cash transactions and issue receipts when necessary.
- Adhere to traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any delivery-related concerns.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard
- 0-6 months of experience in delivery (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent route planning and time management skills
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable two-wheeler
- Smartphone required
