Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a strong client database.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
- Build strong customer relationships and nurture leads to close sales.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize results.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Regularly report performance metrics and feedback to management.
Job Requirements
- 12th Pass or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in field sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant technology.
- Local area knowledge of Bavdhan, Pune.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own transportation (bike).
- Smartphone ownership.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + attractive incentives. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
