About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, convincing clients, and selling insurance policies. You will provide expert policy explanations, highlighting the benefits to potential customers, and maintaining daily follow-up. 50% of your leads will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads provided by the company.
- Effectively sell insurance policies to clients.
- Clearly explain policy details and benefits.
- Maintain consistent client follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or higher.
- 2-6 years of experience in field sales (Life Insurance preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Pune area.
- Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler.
- Possession of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Account.
