About the Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory. You will be the face of Hindavi Ads Hub, representing our brand and services with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires strong communication, convincing skills and a proactive approach to sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or higher education.
- 0-6 years of experience in field sales (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹41,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Pimple Gurav, Pune
