Sales Executive – Lead Generation
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Viman Nagar, Pune. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to significantly impact our business growth. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market.
- Clearly explain products/services and effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Convert leads into sales, consistently meeting daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain and update accurate customer details within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on lead status and overall sales performance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Stay current on company product offerings and relevant market trends.
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales; experience with UK clients preferred.
- Exceptional spoken English and communication skills are essential.
- Proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.
- Skilled in handling objections and effectively closing sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Minimum HSC pass; graduate degree is a plus.
Benefits
- Competitive salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
