Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative atmosphere.
• Create visually stunning posts, banners, and story templates for various social media platforms.
• Design high-performing ad creatives for diverse digital platforms.
• Develop engaging website layouts that prioritize user experience and aesthetics.
• Craft unique and memorable logos that perfectly reflect brand identity.
• Design brochures, presentations, and other branding materials.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are pixel-perfect.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design for print and digital mediums (3+ years specifically in digital media).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDraw.
• Exceptional understanding of logo creation, typography, and brand consistency.
• Strong skills in web layouts, social media graphics, and ad creative design.
• Proven ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding graphic designers.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary (₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month), PF, gratuity, incentives, and a positive work environment. Work timings are Monday-Saturday, 11 am – 8 pm.
