About the Role

As a Food Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting food and grocery items to customers throughout Pune. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Verifying order accuracy and payment before and after delivery.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items (if applicable).
• Providing excellent customer service, answering client questions, and addressing complaints.
• Adhering to all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing delivery reports and other required documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: Below 10th standard
• 0.5 – 5 years of experience in delivery (preferred)
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and PAN card
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights

Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹29,000 – ₹33,500
