About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets. You will guide your team in selling our products in the open market, driving sales through advisors, and ensuring excellent team performance. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Guide the team in effectively selling products in the open market.
- Drive sales growth through advisors and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development, with proven success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong lead generation and cold-calling capabilities.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets.
