Real Estate Relationship Manager
We are currently seeking three experienced and driven Relationship Managers to join our team in Wakad and Kharadi, Pune. This is a full-time, field-based role requiring strong lead generation, convincing skills, and in-depth area knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels
- Build rapport with potential clients
- Effectively present and sell real estate properties
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- 2-6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of Wakad and Kharadi, Pune
- Own bike is required
- Female candidates only
