Job Description
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Inspecting components using instruments such as bore gauges, vernier calipers, and micrometers.
- Selecting and installing appropriate CNC turning tools, inserts, and jaws.
- Performing jaw selection and jaw boring for setup.
- Adjusting machine offsets to ensure part accuracy.
- Inspecting setup parts and ongoing jobs according to drawings and tolerances.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to 5S practices.
- Following company safety regulations and maintaining machine cleanliness.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- 10th Pass or higher
- 1-4 years of experience in CNC machining
- Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using various measuring instruments
