Counter Sales Associate

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
- Accurately answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Effectively cross-sell products to enhance customer purchases.
- Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing displays.
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Develop a strong understanding of our inventory, including plant varieties, fertilizers, tools, and other gardening supplies.
- Stay informed about current gardening trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 12th pass or Graduate (BSc in Botany preferred)
- 0-1 year of experience in retail sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for plants and gardening
