Business Development Executive – 19 Openings!
We are currently seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, field-based role offering a competitive salary and incentive structure.
Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients and businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and correct customer delivery.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepting payments for delivered items, where applicable.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing client questions and resolving complaints.
- Adhering to all transportation laws and maintaining a clean driving record.
- Preparing delivery-related reports and documents.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or higher.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
