Responsibilities

  • Close sales through presentations, demonstrations, and door-to-door visits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize results.
  • Accurately report performance metrics and provide valuable feedback to management.
  • Effectively manage and grow the client database.
  • Lead generation and prospect identification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5-6+ years of field sales experience in FMCG (required).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant sales technologies.
  • Strong area knowledge of Pune.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹45,000, commensurate with experience. [Add any additional benefits offered, such as health insurance, paid time off, etc.]

Additional Information

  • Full-time position, 6 days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Field-based role in Kothrud, Pune.
