About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding our market reach, and exceeding sales targets. You’ll be the face of Paytm, building strong customer relationships and showcasing the value of our products and services. This role requires a proactive, persuasive individual with a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell Paytm products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring seamless execution of the sales process.
- Develop engaging presentations to highlight product benefits and address client concerns.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach and proven ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in lead generation and cold calling techniques.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
